Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in cases where a product is defective or an incorrect size has been delivered.

You may request an exchange within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 89778 04777 within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the damaged product along with the original tags. Once the damage is verified and approved, we will dispatch a replacement upon receiving the returned item.

Please Note:
• TodsNTweens is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, exposure to rain, stains, overuse, or improper care after purchase.
• Items purchased on SALE or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.

Dispute Resolution:
In case of any disputes regarding returns or cancellations under this policy, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 89778 04777. The final decision will rest with TodsNTweens. This policy is governed by the laws of India, as per the IT Act, 2002. By placing an order, you consent to the jurisdiction of Secunderabad, Telangana, India.
